STANDARD PACKAGE

Our Standard Package includes the complete setup of the following:
  • Base rental price
  • Access to facility: 8 am – 12:30 am* (completely out of the facility by 12:30 am)
  • 45 round tables, 16 8ft tables, 7 cocktail tables
  • Cushioned Chairs 
  • Use and Set up of tables, chairs, and staging – completed by Parkview Staff 
  • Full bar service upon request
  • Customized floor plan
  • Catering Kitchen 
  • AV system 
  • Access to Council Room/Bridal Suite 
  • Tear down and Clean-up to be completed by Client – Guest cleaning checklist to be completed by 12:30am
Additions: 
  •  Linens available for rent
  • Guest/Caterer must provide ALL supplies (plates, napkins, forks, cups)
  • Audio Visual Package: = $50.00 – Includes Manager coordination of AV Equipment: Sound System in Event Hall, Microphones, Projectors, Screens

DELUXE PACKAGE

OUR DELUXE PACKAGE includes the complete setup of the following:
  • Base Rental Price + $2.97/guest
  • Access to facility: 8 am – 12:30 am* (completely out of the facility by 12:30 am)
  • 45 round tables, 16 8 ft rectangular tables, 7 cocktail tables
  • Cushioned chairs
  • Use and set up of table linens, tables, and chairs – Set up completed by Parkview Staff
    • Black and white table linens and skirting for accent tables 
  • Tear down of table linens, skirting, tables, and chairs
  • Use and set up of staging for the head table (Weddings)
  • Tear down of the head table, cake table, and accent table skirting (Weddings)
  • Catering Kitchen
  • Access to the Bridal Suite/Council Room
    • Wedding gifts transferred to the suite and locked after social hour (Weddings)
  • Customized floor plan
  • AV System
  • Beverage dispensers for water with glasses provided by Parkview
  • Salt & Pepper Shakers

  • Set up and use of table linens, linen napkins, tables, chairs, and tear down by Parkview Staff
  • Choice of black and white table linens and skirting
  • Linen napkins in variety of colors 
  • Set up and use of chinaware, glassware, flatware, and tear down
  • Set up and use of staging for the head table (Weddings)
  • Set up and tear down of head table, cake table, and accent table skirting (Weddings)
  • Catering Kitchen
  • Customized floor plan

  • Water service at each table during social hour and dinner
