PRICING & PACAKGES

*Capacity is based on chairs alone. Figure less if you have tables, buffet lines, dance floor, etc.

STANDARD PACKAGE

Our Standard Package includes the following:
  • Base rental price 
  • Access to facility: 9 am – 12 am* (completely out of the facility by 12:30 am)
  • 45 round tables, 16 8ft tables, 7 cocktail tables
  • Set up completed by Parkview staff
  • Cushioned Chairs 
  • Client is responsible for cleanup of event hall and kitchen – guest cleaning checklist to be completed by 12:00am.
  • Beverage table for water dispenser with glasses provided by Parkview
  • Full bar service upon request
  • Customized floor plan
  • Catering Kitchen 
Additions: 
  • Linens available for rent
    •  Napkins = $0.75
    • 90×90 Round table cloths = $14.00
    • 52×11 Long table cloths = $11.00
    • 90×156 Long table cloths = $22.00 (Recommended if not using skirting)
    • Skirting = $18.00
  • Guest or Caterer must provide ALL disposable supplies (plates, napkins, forks, cups) 
  • Audio Visual package = $50
    • Includes manager coordination of audio visual equipment (sound system in event hall, microphones, projectors, screens, and Spotify)

DELUXE PACKAGE

OUR DELUXE PACKAGE includes the following:
  • Base Rental Price + $3.75/guest
  • Access to facility: 9 am – 12:00 am* (completely out of the facility by 12:30 am)
  • 45 round tables, 16 banquet tables, 7 cocktail tables
  • Cushioned chairs
  • Use and set up of table linens, tables, and chairs – Set up completed by Parkview Staff
    • Black and white table linens and skirting for accent tables 
  • Tear down of table linens, skirting, tables, and chairs
  • Use and set up of staging for the head table 
  • Tear down of the head table, cake table, and accent table skirting 
  • Catering Kitchen
  • Wedding gifts transferred to the suite and locked after social hour (Weddings)
  • Customized floor plan
  • Beverage dispensers for water with glasses provided by Parkview
  • Full bar service upon request
  • Cleaning service provided

*Guest/Caterer must provide ALL disposable ware (plates, napkins, forks)

Additions: 
  • Day Prior Set Up: Pre-book at $500 or if still available at the 10-Day Meeting for $250
  • Linen napkins available for rent: $0.75 per seat
  • Access to the bridal suite for dressing/storage throughout the event: $100
  • Audio Visual Package: = $50.00 – Includes Manager coordination of AV equipment: Sound System in Event Hall, Microphones, Projectors, Screens, Spotify
 

ELITE PACKAGE

OUR ELITE PACKAGE includes the following:
  • Base rental price + $5.75/guest
  • Access to facility: 9 am – 12:00 am* (completely out of the facility by 12:30 am)
  • 45 round tables, 16 banquet tables, 7 cocktail tables
  • Cushioned chairs
  • Set up and use of table linens, linen napkins, tables, chairs, and tear down by Parkview Staff
  • Choice of black and white table linens and skirting
  • Linen napkins available in various colors
  • Set up and use of chinaware, glassware, flatware, and tear down
  • Set up and use of staging for the head table 
  • Set up and tear down of head table, cake table, and accent table skirting 
  • Customized floor plan
  • AV Package included
  • Full bar service upon request
  • Water service at each table during social hour and dinner
  • Clearing of tables following dinner by event staff
  • Full Bar Service upon request
  • Champagne for the head table for toasts with Parkview flutes
  • Access to the Bridal Suite/Council Room
    • Wedding gifts transferred to the suite and locked after social hour 
  • Catering Kitchen
  • Salt & Pepper Shakers at each table
  • Cleaning service provided
